Children’s Ministry @ Ann Street

The vision for this ministry is to partner with parents to nurture, teach and equip children to be joyful servants of Christ.

We do this by:

  • Maintaining a safe and secure environment for Ann Street Kids and the Crèche. Ann Street Child Protection Policy › (140KB PDF)
  • Teaching children God’s Word with special emphasis on how it points us to our Saviour Jesus Christ.
  • Inviting children into the Sunday service to help prepare them for full participation as they grow older (at both the 9am and 10:30am service)
  • Encouraging parents to teach their children the basics of the Christian faith by use of the New City Catechism in the 10:30am service
  • Motivating children to participate in the service and listen to the sermon by means of KANNS (Kids @ ANN St), a new program at the 10:30am service organised by Claire Iles, which provides children with a notebook, special things to listen for during the service, and a special challenge each week related to the sermon.
