143 Ann Street (the building adjoining the heritage-listed church) is owned by the Trustees of Ann Street Presbyterian Church and boasts state-of-the-art facilities in the centre of Brisbane.

With modern amenities, easy access to public transportation, a semi-commercial kitchen and multiple kitchenettes servicing all meeting rooms, look no further for a suitable location to hold your next conference, meeting or banquet.

Booking Policy

143 Ann Street requires all organizations, individuals and activities held on the premises to be compatible with Christian beliefs and morals. Christian organisations that have been formally sanctioned by the Session of Elders at Ann Street Presbyterian Church will not be charged for the booking of rooms (though additional catering, room setup and sound tech costs may apply).

All other organizations, corporate/secular/not-for-profit, will be charged the standard room booking fees based on frequency (one-time use, weekly use, monthly use) and duration (hourly, half day, full day) of the meeting, as well as the room size.

Room Booking Process

Contact the Trust Manager to inquire about hosting your next event at 143 Ann Street. Tours of the facilities can be provided upon request and a list of available resources are listed on the Room Request Form for you to choose from (i.e. flipchart easel, whiteboard, data projector).

All fees and policies are included on the Room Request Form › Once the Form is complete, it should be scanned and emailed to the Trust Manager who will be in touch regarding availability.
