Christmas at Ann Street

We love to celebrate the birth of the Lord Jesus here at Ann Street. So, right through the month of December we get together to give thanks to God for what he has given us in Jesus. Here’s some of the ways that we’re celebrating Christmas:

Classic Carols

Saturday, 14th December, 2pm.

Each year, we celebrate Jesus’ coming with a carols service or two! This year, we’ll be having our Classic Carols service. This is a service with all the classic Christmas Carols backed by the Ann Street Choir. It should be a fantastic time to remember Jesus’ birth.

Please join us for afternoon tea after the service.

Carols Carnival

Sunday, 15th December, 5pm.

This is our 2nd Carols Service for the year. It will be less formal than the Classic Carols. We’ll have a fun interactive walk through the nativity story. Carols fun for the whole family.

Christmas Eve Service

December 24, 5pm.

We’ll be spending some time on Christmas Eve reflecting on the year that has been and giving thanks for the great gift of joy that is found in Christ.

Note: it is the same sermon between the Christmas Eve and Christmas Day services.

Christmas Day, 830am and 10am

We have two Christmas Day services to choose from at Ann Street. We will be singing the traditional Christmas Carols at both. We’ll be hearing about the Good News of Jesus. He came down in humility to lift us up. Come and join us on Christmas Day.
