DAY 45: ROMANS 16:1-16

DAY 45

ROMANS 16:1-16

Even though Paul hasn't yet been to Rome he has heaps of personal greetings for people he knows or has worked with. These include Jews and Gentiles; men and women; and people from all classes or levels of society. Phoebe was probably the person who carried the letter from Cenchreae (near Corinth) to Rome.

What does Paul love and value about all these people?

Who is a real encouragement to you from church or previous churches and ministries? Can you think of someone it would be good to call, visit or write to?

Today’s Prayer Suggestions

1. Praise God for the faithful servants who labour alongside us in the gospel, and thank Him for the unity and love that bind us together as one body in Christ, working for His glory.

2. Think of those who have encouraged you in your walk with Jesus at church or in other settings. Spend some time thanking God for them and praying for them.

3. Pray for J & R's team to serve with hope and perseverance despite challenges and uncertainty.
